I don’t write reviews, however, I feel when a company goes above and beyond, they really deserve to be acknowledged and praised! I had an issue with a chain I bought a year ago, Jon from customer service answered my email very quickly and followed up multiple times to make sure that I was happy with the final outcome! And they sell a high quality product! My son wore his chain everyday and it still looked good after a year! So happy that I found this company on Amazon! They really stand behind their product! Buy from them, you will not be disappointed!!!

After wearing the chain for almost 2 months, had a skin reaction to the metal coming through as the gold wore off. The gold is a joke, it looked nice at first but then rubs off. Don't believe the claims of this terrible company - it's a scam. Also, there is no way to reach out the the company, all the links are broken. Save your money. Plus it took a couple tries to get the right size chain. Paid for 6mm but they sent 3mm. Beware.

I bought a necklace for my grandson and he absolutely loved it!! He wore it continuously and thought it gave him good luck playing baseball!! A few months into wearing it, the clasp would not hold the necklace on. He was devastated!! I emailed customer support and they replaced the necklace promptly!! We all love how they resolved this issue so quickly!!Now my other grandson wants a necklace!! And he will get one for his birthday!!! You won’t be disappointed in any piece of jewelry that this company offers!!!
