This umbrella is very well constructed with high quality materials. As importantly, EliteShade stands behind their product. I've had a number of these throughout the years, this is by far the best. No fade is real. Looks the same as the day I bought them. I would highly recommend!

We absolutely recommend the Umbrella gives a warm pleasant look during a sunny day. At night gives a lighting of Moonlight touch. I recommend the beautiful enjoyable Umbrella you will not regret. The only regret you will have is not buying one for yourself. Have a great summer!!

Had a horrible experience with buying used from another brand. The quality of the materials was poor and all 4 of the ones that I received were in unusable condition, so I had to return them. I was very skeptical of buying used again but the Elite Shade brand, restored my faith. The material quality was excellent. I ordered 4 and got more than 50% off because I ordered “non popular” colors like Forrest green and burnt orange. 3 of them were in near perfect condition with only small scratches on the base from where the previous owner fastened them to the base. The 4th was missing the lifting/lowering cord. I thought that would be an easy fix, so I accepted a $25 off offer from Amazon to keep it and take it somewhere for repair. After a couple of hours and lots of frustration, I was able to fix it (it involved drilling out metal sleeve where the tilting mechanism was in order to fish the cable through.). I don’t hold that against the product because I chose not to return it and now I know how to fix the others if the cord fails in the future. I would highly recommend buying these used.

Color was amazing, operation seems good, lights were plentiful. I am pretty pleased with this umbrella, but crossing my fingers that it the opening mechanism will last and the color won't fade. I am more concerned about the crank as it doesn't open and close as easily as our last one. Also, weird placement of the crank, it is under the umbrella when closed so your hand gets caught up in the umbrellas part as you start opening it. Not a huge deal, but kind of annoying.

Excellent quality all around. So sturdy. Lights are great. Zero issues. there's nothing hard about setting it up - you just have to connect the plug at the end of the wires into the solar panel. My 7-year-old could easily do it. Just look at the top of the umbrella and connect it.There are umbrellas that are less expensive, but I knew I made the right decision as soon as this came out of the box. It screams sturdiness and high quality. My handyman (who was doing other work on my deck) just kept saying "wow" as I put this up. He's certainly seen many patio umbrellas in his life.This is a very different kind of patio umbrella than the cheap ones. I'd believe it cost three times as much. It's nicer than the ones in the outdoor seating sections at some of the restaurants we go to.You won't regret it.(I use this with shademobile's rolling umbrella base. Nice combination!)

One of the ribs snapped right in half, but I am getting my money refunded.

This is a really nice umbrella. We bought the 9-foot size which is perfect for our patio location. The number of lights are a real selling point. They are easy to turn on and off. Construction is sound and the umbrella fit into the pockets with ease and is well secure. Fabric is well-made to withstand the sun, which was another selling point for me. There were only a couple colors to choose from so we went with a lime green. It actually looks a lot nicer than I thought it would. We did cut about 4-6 inches off the bottom of the pole because it was too high to fit under a tree branch, but it's still high enough my 6'3" son doesn't hit his head like he did on the old one.This was a great buy! I would highly recommend.
