Fix for slipping narrow heels
These help a lot with dress heels to make them fit better or at least be more comfortable. They don't always keep the heel from slipping on my narrow feet, but in some shoes they do. I like that they are partial insole so they don't restrict toe room. I also like that they are removable and reusable. Not perfect for every shoe, but the best thing I have found yet. A friend with plantar fasciitis gave me a tip about these; she was right!

No more hard soles
I purchased these based on recommendation from a fellow Doc Marten wearer. I recently purchased a heeled Doc and the soles would, "burn" the bottom of my foot (no the shoe is not defective). I ordered these and they have made wearing my boots so much better!!! The adhesive could be a bit stronger, but on the positive side you can use these on any shoe. You feel the difference!

Pretty good for problem feet in sandals with a 2" heel
Got a pair of high-quality Sofft brand dress sandals with adjustable straps and a nice, stable 2" heel, but also problem feet - wide, flat, but narrow heels - so even these are hard to wear for any extended time. I use customized arch supports inside closed shoes, but since that's not an option here, I am giving these a try. Arch support is surprisingly good, much better than anything else ready-made for a sandal that I've seen, and the price is right. In addition to supporting the arch, I need them to cushion the metatarsal and keep my feet from sliding forward each time I step, and these are making my feet more stable in the shoe. As to the complaints that the adhesive on the bottom doesn't stick, with the gel type if you're wearing sandals without stockings, the surface of the insert will stick to your feet so it effectively stays put, at least in these closed-heel but otherwise open strappy sandals. Good enough (I hope) for an 8 hour event.

A little slippery for open toe heel use
I bought these for my wedding because my shoe was a little lose and uncomfortable. This helped a lot with the fit and they were very snug and easier to walk in. It did help with comfort for a short amount of time and it didn’t make them slippery as I was walking a lot. Better with a close toe or flat shoe I think.

I danced all night!
I bought these insoles for my niece’s wedding and I was able to wear my 4” heels much longer than I would’ve without them. I have osteoarthritis in my toe which has made wearing my favorite heels more difficult but I was able to walk and even dance for hours longer than I had been able to before I got these! I definitely recommend.

Doesn't stick
I don't wear heels or pointy shoes. Recently I had a blacktie event when I had to wear dress shoes. I thought these would make them more comfortable. I put them in and there was no stick at all, so I managed to use a pair of older orthotic insoles instead. I returned these. Not worth fooling with.

Changed shape of product
This product hasn't updated shape compared to what used to be provided by Dr Scholl's for arch supports in heels, which were a lot narrower, and had more of an arch support under the arch but not on the outside of the foot. So if you're looking for something that is very slender to wear inside of dress shoes, this product may not work. But if you're looking to use it inside of boots or pumps or something like that it feels really great, and I really like the size and shape of the support for those types of shoes

Not for heels!
Not thin, makes heel uncomfortable. If you are looking for arch support loom elsewhere. These did not work for my wedge heels. They work in shoes that already have an insole that can be removed.
