I’ve always loved abalone shell, so when my sis wanted new gauges for Christmas, I had to buy these when I saw them. I was a little nervous on what the quality would be, I’ve bought other abalone jewelry on Amazon and had to return it. These were both cut from pretty portions of the shell and look great. She only wears surgical steal or natural gauges like stone, wood, etc, so these were perfect. The thread on the screw part works well and they feel lightweight as far as I can tell; she said they’re comfortable. Definitely recommend if you too are a sucker for abalone. Jealous I don’t have the ears for a pair.

Metal gauges are some of the most difficult to get on/off, but also some of the most beautiful.That said, I thought I finally had the second one tightened down after like 20 minutes, then it fell out when I went to tie my shoes..These should really be sent with 2 or 3 sets of the back caps bc I might not find it & then can't wear em..Edit: I did find the back thank goodness, and am getting better at putting them on. Slept in them comfortably, too.

I was a little worried since I ordered one size bigger than my last taper size but they are perfect and I absolutely love them.

I ordered my usual size of 5/8ths. I was not expecting much. I've order from PlugYourHoles and other reputable small companies that make plugs or tunnels and found that the sizing is some what off, sometimes.These took me by surprise. The fitting was perfect and they are comfortable. I put them in, trying them on and fell asleep. I woke up with no soreness or pain. I actually forgot I was wearing them.Definitely a company I'd order from again! Super satisfied.

I had lost my 18mm wodden gauges and needed something to replace them ASAP. I bought these because they seemed like a good cost / benefit and apparently I was not wrong. The only thing is that I bought 19mm tunnels but I think they are actually 20mm, I'm not sure tho because I cant measure it but anyway, picture compares mines to these. I'm going to keep these in my drawer, just in case. I'm not sure about the steel quality tho, these are cheap and from china so I don't expect good material honestly
