My husband has a big head, will this fit him?

It should. I have a pretty big head and they fit me good.

There's a customer image below. Is that text big text that says Neff a sticker?

Hi Ben! The image shown in the product that reads "Neff" is not a sticker. It is a tag that is sewn into the actual hat, and the sticker is relatively small in comparison to the beanie. If there is anything with large text and is big, did not come attached to the product. Hope this helps! Warren.

How long is it from top to bottom, is it ment to be sagged?

The beanie is 10 inches long. You can wear it folded or sagged.

How long is the beanie?? Measuring from dome (top) to the opening (bottom)? Can the bottom be turned up while wearing?

Not a long beanie. It's not small but there's no way you could fold it or turn it up
