These cards are so helpful. I’ve done photography in the past but it’s been awhile and I’ve forgotten a lot of stuff. So after getting a new camera I wanted a good reference guide for taking better pictures in manual mode and found this gem. Everything is so well organized and easy to understand and quick to access if you’re having trouble in one area. I think the thing I like best about it is the size and portability. (See photo of it next to my canon g7x Mark ii) It’s the perfect size to throw into my camera bag and have on hand when I’m out in the field taking pictures and need the help. Also with it being a harder plastic it looks like it’ll hold up for awhile.Bonus: It also comes with a free online mini photography course that goes thru the cards more in depth which helped when I first got the cards.Anyway, I can’t say enough good things about this. Definitely worth it if your new to DSLRs and want to get off just shooting in auto mode.

Since I'm enthusiastic photography hobbyist, I was looking for a small set of laminated "cheat sheet"s that would help me remember all of the tips that I've learned about taking great images, especially when I was on the go. These 11 "cheat sheet" cards by snaphappymom.com fit the bill. Not only are they handy, but they had great content, nicely designed (color-coded), and to the point. I've taken several hands-on photography courses before, but these cards are great reminders when you're on an overseas vacation or an afternoon photoshoot. Similar to sports, it's always good to have reminders when you're out in the field to help you be at your personal best. Te cards break down photography's technical terminology-- exposure triangle, aperture, histogram, white balance, etc. -- in an easy-to-understand way. These cheat sheet cards are now part of my camera bag gear and a welcome addition.

These cards are great for taking with me when I’m out taking pictures. They clip onto my camera bag so they don’t take up any room inside of it. They’re easy to read and understand. The cards are heavyweight and laminated so they don’t get easily torn or bent. I do wish there was specific info for my camera (Sony) instead of just Canon and Nikon. All in all though, these are a great reference for those new photography or who just want to have a quick reference guide while on the go.

This is a great product! Small and easy to clip onto my camera bag. (It comes with a carabiner clip.) Great visual aids and cards that are color coded by sections. Plus, you get a free mini online course (20 minutes) to go over the basics. Extremely helpful for any beginner like me! I learned a few short cuts to make use of my camera a little easier. I will definitely recommend to any other newbies!

I stumbled upon this cheat sheet set while looking for a tripod for my camera to use for a photography course through my college. I wasn’t originally going to buy it, because the topics on the cards we had already discussed in class. I’m glad I did buy these little cards, because I learned some new information! I also didn’t realize when you buy these card sets (there’s apparently 3 different sets) you get a free photography course, which is where I learned some new stuff! Overall this was a really great buy! I also ordered the Lighting & Composition set, and I’m excited for it to arrive after looking through this set! I highly recommend for beginners!

This has helped me so much as a first time photographer. Pulling your phone out to find where you saved all these tips is irritating, this comes in handy for sure! Very well made!

These are great for the BEGINNER. I am a beginner and these help me with settings. I have seen other reviews criticizing these cards. Those are people who obviously already know everything. If you are like me and just starting out with a DSLR I recommend these cards. They help. They are sturdy. They clip to the outside of your bag for easy access. You won't be disappointed. If you already know all the basics to your camera then these will not be of help.

Very well made, goes in great detail and is very clear. Made the basic concepts of photography very accessible and easy to understand. If you’re a first time photographer, I highly recommend.
