teddy bear hamster won’t fit
I bought this for my daughters teddy bear hamster because we read a review that a teddy bear would fit, but ours didn’t fit unfortunately. But we needed up adopting a dwarf hamster so we kept it for her and she fits just fine. It’s built pretty well, no complaints so far! It has a cute compartment for treats :) see my photos

Gerbils love this house!
Our gerbils love this house. They moved bedding to the lower floor and sleep nowhere else. The upper floor is a great place to leave them surprise treats, as is the little trench. The roof is often used as a step ladder to access their chew toys dangling from the top. They gnaw on it but it is still in superb shape after a month.

Mice love it!
My three girls absolutely love it! Five minutes after I put it in their cage all three were exploring and chewing and playing! There's only three nails in the hinge, and all can't be accessed unless that area is thoroughly chewed.Definitely worth it over the similar six dollar house I got at Petco for my hamster. The Petco version is entirely made out of MDF and he refuses to chew it. I'm absolutely going to replace his Petco version for this one.

Not really big enough for large hamsters
Cute product, decent price, but the holes are pretty small. If you have a large hamster like I have (Syrian hamster), she can fit through the holes, but the house moves around a lot while she is trying to get through it. She pretty much abandoned it after the first crawl through and now just stands on top of it to get a better view of the outside. As a climbing toy, it works great!

perfect fit! Is this ok for a Rat
Gonna keep this simple. Is this ok for a syrian hamster? ; only if its small. I have a small adult Syrian and she can barely squeeze in. Had a 6 week old syrian in this as well and it was a tight fit for him.Is this ok for a Campbells/winter-white hamster?; should be ok unless its above average size or fat/pregnant.Is this ok for a Roborovski dwarf hamster?; perfect fit!Is this ok for a Rat?; no lolIs this ok for a gerbil?; should be.

Gerbils love it, and are obsessed with it!
We love this! It fits our gerbils perfectly, they can sleep, and play in it, it is wood, so it's safe for them to chew. However, we found a nail in the house that we had to pull out with pliers because it could hurt them. So if you buy this, make sure to check for the nail so your small animal doesn't get harmed. I highly recommend this to you if you have a small pet, like a gerbil.

It is the perfect size for dwarf hamsters
My little chinese dwarf hammie loves this!We use the 'balcony' for treats.. and now every time she goes in there and checks. We also spread out her treats in the upper level.. and she loves it. It is the perfect size for dwarf hamsters.. and a great addition to her cage.Cleaning is a little tricky though - coz she tends to pee in the upper level. But so far, the paint has not come off - and I still think it is a good purchase.

IT IS VERY SMALL
I made the classic mistake of not paying attention to the measurements of this tiny house! It was not Amazon's fault or the manufacturer, it was all my own doing. There was NO WAY my fat - they like the word "comfortable" better - pet rats would even get their heads inside it!So, I moved the little house out into the garden, under a patch of lillies, with aluminum foil over the roof and jutting over the edges, for wild mice and those mice that we evict from the house after catching them in our humane traps!!!

Mice will love it
As soon as we put it in with our little girls they ran into it to check it out with their little tails in the air.
