a very fun, smooth, and quiet-turning puzzle.
i just got my new puzzle today and i really, really like the puzzle. it turns super smoothly, it's very, very quiet when it turns which is great at night due to thin walls. it has a great feel to it. it's really fun to turn and it turns very fast yet, very controllably too. the reason why i gave it a 4 out of 5 is not necessarily due to the functioning of the puzzle but, more to do with the ability to put it back together if i take a piece out(which i've tried to do). other than that, it is a great puzzle and i found out that if you pull a piece out just enough, not all the way though, you can actually rotate a piece in place. so, if you are solving the puzzle and you just have one last corner to solve, if you want to take a short cut, just turn the puzzle 45 degrees and pull on the corner that needs to be flipped and just turn it around in its place.

Smooth cube with the right tension, works well and is fun to solve
I received it on time and the look and feel is like it is shown here but it looked smudged with some sort of glue and very minor scratches. I had to Wipe it before using it to check its movement. I did contact the seller to resolve this.Update - After contacting the seller, I got a replacement promptly, The cube is fun to solve and works well. I just followed the directions online on 'you can do the cube' website and Rubik's offical website. It was quick and fun. The cube is perfect in size and works really smooth and fast.Solution:I combined the above two mentioned methods and whittled down the solution to just three algorithms to solve 2x2 cubes. I wanted to keep the algorithms to learn to a minimum.Top white Ri Di R D (correct orientation needed like described in the websites, it is simple)Bottom yellow R U Ri U R U2 Ri (correct orientation needs to me learned - see below)Final layer. x Ri U Ri D2 R Ui Ri D2 R2 (x means to rotate clockwise on x axis - flipping gthe whole cube with your right hand 90 degrees back)Note: Orientation while solving the yellow side can be a bit involved: Zero and one yellow sq on top should stay in left front corner, rest to the right mostly except for the hat config of yellow squqred, which stays on top).

Broken with 20 hours
Save your money. My 8 year old is not rough with his things. He has other Rubik's type puzzles and cubes that have stood the test of time. We received this second 2x2 yesterday to replace the previous one that broke. It's broken already. Cheap and not worth your money.

Smooth movement my son loves it. However i am fixing to buy differnt kinds because he has broke it twicw since purchased 5-2-19

Es estupendo para empezar a experimentar con los puzzles 3d en niños. Los colores son tal y como aparecen el imagen y tiene un tamaño genial para llevar en el bolso.Llegó antes de la fecha acordada .
