You can at a cost of Euros 37.50. This provides the same file as supplied on the USB flash drive that comes with the set.

Q: Is this true lego technic as I purchased another model and it was a poor imitation, instructions etc were hard due to poor quality

My understanding is that Lego has ceased making this model. It is now produced by Lieberr under the trade name of PEXL

No they are not genuine Lego parts. The parts are moulded in China to an inferior quality and sometimes do not fit well.
