Does this fit on workpro 9000?

I really don't know if they would fit or not. The pin size seems 5to be pretty well standard castor size for replacement on most chairs

Can I drill a hole into the bottom of a wooden chair and add these?

Yes, but without a bushing to protect the wood, I think it (the wood) is going wear and get loose and sloppy fairly quickly. Bushings may be available that you can press in first?

What is the difference between black and gray options? In photos, looks like black wheels are more clear?

They seem dark looking at them from the side. My home office chair is black so that's what I purchased and they are fine. Liked them enough to get 2 additional sets for 2 of my work office chairs.
