The server was shipped already assembled, which was great, all we had to do is unbox it. It’s a heavy, substantial piece of furniture. We are using it in our entry hall, and it looks beautiful there.It’s well built with plenty of storage. We use it to store board games, art supplies, candles, flower arrangements, things like that. We just love it and are very happy with the purchase.

I love this piece of furniture ,looks amazing and high quality , was packed very good but it came out with some chipps in the front and dents in the back ,amazon customer service was very helpful to resolve the issue .Thank you very much

Arrived on time fully assembled. It is sturdy, well made and looks great. Shims are included in the event your floor is not level but they were not needed in my case. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

THE PRODUICT IS DAMAGE AND CRACK. THE DOOR CAME OFF IS WAS NOT PUT IN ON THE BACK BOARD IS CRACK I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH . THE PRODUCT WAS ARLREADY ASSEMBLE IT WAS JUSY BOXED UP.

This thing is a beast, and delivered in one piece which was convenient. My only complaint is that the server was obviously either assembled with door that was damaged, or damaged after assembly and touched up, taking away from the new product feel.

I love the look of itGreat quality except one of the draws was off track… I think I fixed it but not very confident about my repair skills.It arrived perfectly and on time.

Beautiful design, solid and it was packaged very well to prevent damage. The unit is pre-assembled however when I opened three of the four doors, they fell off. Five of the hinges were bent with a spring from one in laying in the unit. The top surface has a scuff mark in the finish prior to / during packaging, not a scratch, from front to back. I hope it buffs out. A few of the edges could use a touch up crayon. I will have to track one of these down. Probably didn't help the Amazon delivery driver flipped the unit end over end several times instead of using the dolly.Ashley made it easy to order replacement hinges from their website without charge. Until they arrive, I have three doors to store and not damage.Shortly after ordering, and a days before delivery, the price dropped by $200+. The only option was to order another unit and pay the shipping to return the first one.

Arrived with 6 out of 8 door hinges broken. Manufacturer sent replacement hinges at no charge after I went through online parts replacement process.It was not difficult for me to replace hardware (it will depend on your mechanical aptitude). While installing new hinges I did find their manufacturing tolerances were terrible based upon the hinge hole misalignment. The hardware does include a large amount of adjustment for aligning the doors so it ended up looking OK. The manufacturing misslignment issues probably led to ease in which the piece was damaged during shipping and added to the effort required to replace hardware but the piece ended up looking as advertized after all the associated annoyance.
