Good Budget Solution
Simple design, but surprisingly effective. I purchased to make some simple angled cuts and it worked perfectly. The only alternative I could see to this would be either an expensive one by one of the higher end brands or making one myself. And I don't know that anything I made in the shop would have been much better. My only complaint is the hardware can slip if you don't get it tight. I might try to either replace a screw or two. Or maybe figure up a block I can clamp in. Still, it is a good solution at an inexpensive price.

Taper one or two sides
It works fine if you taper one or two sides of a leg. You run into difficulties if you want to taper all four sides. I don't know if it is just me or my ignorance is boundless.

A great, uncomplicated saw sled.
My rating is so high, not because this sled's complexity, but because of it's simplicity and the function it performs. As long as the material you're shaping doesn't exceed the length of the sled, this is the only type of device that will do the job.Very easy to adjust, although it takes 3 additional minutes to switch between left and right hand cuts. Easy to understand directions and uncomplicated design using materials that will stand prolonged home shop use.

Very light use only.
Meh. Doesn't hold itself true very well at all.The wing nut locking screw, thin flimsy adjustable angle hold is inadequate for cutting anything but very thin light weight material. Cutting an angle on an oak 3' 1×4" was asking to much.

Light duty
Nice little jig for relatively small size pieces of wood. Keeping it under 3 feet is safe to handle. I run it dry (blade down machine off) for a test run making sure I'm on target. Cut slow. Works well.

Perfect for our beer carrier make
For our need at this time this product is perfect. Not over sized and complicated with options we do not need, easy to use and accurate enough. We did, as you can see, have to extend the seat bracket at bottom.Father, Son & Holy Spirits Home Brewery

Kinda flimsy but looks like it will work
Use a sharp blade so your not force feeding the cut, which you shouldn’t be any way.
