Product is very poor quality. Majority of the bags were folded and caused harsh lines on them. Very dirty lots of dust on them and lots of dings on them. The bag they came in wasn't even sealed. Bought these to protect my artwork and to use for an art show but the quality isn't there. Highly disappointing... Will have to try to figure out another option now. Wasted my money and time with this product..

Ordered ClearBags 8-15/16" x 11-1/4", sold by Etailz and fulfilled by Amazon. Thought everything was fine until I go to put a sheet of paper in one - and it won't fit. Checked the package label, and the printed dimensions are correct; but I measured the bags and found they're only 8-7/16" wide, 1/2" too small and unusable. Comparing the package against my last ClearBags order, this one says "ClearBags", but it is NOT a real ClearBags label. It does NOT have the ClearBags logo like previous orders, does NOT have the correct product number, or even a number matching ANY OTHER ClearBags product. And comparing the bags themselves, these are definitely NOT anything made by ClearBags, but a far inferior product. I would give Etailz the benefit of the doubt if they sold any similar bags made by another manufacturer, as it could have been a mix-up. But they do not, so I'm forced to conclude they are simply DECEPTIVE and trying to pass off cheap products as brand name. Will not purchase from them again. Amazon at least processed my return and refund cheerfully.

I did not have the size issues that others mention...I was able to fit a full 8 1/2 x 11 sheet with backer board with room to spare...HOWEVER, the adhesive was on the flap, not the bag as specified in the product description. A little disappointing since that was THE reason I chose this item over others...in this case the item pictured is correct, and the item description is not!To be fair, other than the incorrect description (which is the sole reason I give this 1 star), I found the product to be well made and sized well. I was able to use it for what I needed, and it turned out the adhesive location did not present the problem for me that I thought it would, so I did not pursue any return or exchange...I just don't appreciate being sold one thing and sent another.

Received product not as described. This product describes "The Adhesive Strip is on the bag instead of flap." This can be a very important feature especially if you are pulling photos or artwork out of these bags and you don't want the adhesive to stick to your item. Instead, with my order the adhesive strip was on the flap!

Had a bunch of 8-1/2 x 11 photo prints I decided to give to family, friends and colleagues as gifts. These were perfect. The prints were mounted on backer board increasing the thickness. The fit was perfect and the recipients were quite pleased. I will purchase more as I am a photographer and always in need of packaging materials.

NOT what was described. I had seen other reviews saying these weren't the correct item, but I took a chance anyway. I shouldn't have. The description shows the clear bags with the sticky tape on the bag itself. The ones I got have the sticky tape on the flap. These are awful! When someone opens the bag to take out their item (in my case, prints), the sticky flap can (and will!) stick to the print and ruin it. I am returning them immediately and demanding my money back in full.

I assumed there was going to be wiggle room for a standard 8.5 x 11 sheet, but I had to cut them down to fit in the bag (fortunately the printer I chose couldn't print to edge anyway so I didn't lose anything). It's more accurate to say the bags are 8.5 x 11 precisely, but that 11 inches ends immediately before the glue strip, so unless you want to fold down on your art, it's got to be shorter than that. I'm not thrilled.

These clear bags are perfect for my original watercolors. Adhesive is on the bad not the flap which makes it easier to slide artwork in & out of bag. They arrived in good condition. Basically all the problems I've seen in other comments did not show up in my order (Oct '19).I use a thin white fomecore as a support in the sleeve.
