Great set! Just as pictured. Easy to put together, took about 4 hours. It came with tools but I would suggest using a ratchet instead of the small wrench. One of the pillows had a broken zipper but contacted the seller and they replaced it within a week. Cushions are nice but they are slippery. Going to try using Velcro to keep them in place. The clips are a must to keep the set together but quite sturdy once clipped together. Overall very happy with purchase a great addition to our outdoor patio!

First off I am surprised by the four star ratings here for this product. it seems like you guys must have gotten some kind of gift card or something to give these ratings. The instructions were not clear and were just a couple steps. There are several different kinds of screws and it does not explain which screws go to which section. Secondly the zippers for the cushions are designed very cheaply once you start stuffing the cushions in the zipper they break off. This happened to at least more than half of the cushions. One of the sections was actually missing from the box and didn't have a clue as to what piece goes with what until we actually put the whole thing together which took us several days. Some of the cushions themselves were actually punctured and the stuffing inside was everywhere in the plastic bag. Once everything was set up and we actually sat on the patio furniture we started sliding off of it and they were very uncomfortable. So I am really surprised as to why the four-star ratings. This product doesn't even deserve a one-star rating for the price of $600 a pop. I wouldn't even buy this patio furniture for a hundred bucks maybe. If you are like me I don't want to spend thousands of dollars on patio furniture but this is not an alternative either. it's better to spend a little bit more money to get better quality and not waste your time trying to assemble patio furniture then come to find out that it wasn't even worth your time and effort

Not terribly hard to assemble but takes a few people for sure. Zippers on seat cushions have already broken after very minimal use. Hard to get pillows to stay on the couches as they slide all over the place but may add something on the edges to hold them in on the bottom and maybe Velcro on the bottom? Was bummed out when they told me I couldn’t get a single chair separately when the listing said they could previously. This may last a summer or two but I doubt any further than that.

Love this set! It was just as I was hoping! I had read many of the reviews and luckily had no issues with delivery. Came quick and all 4 boxes arrived the same day. Although assembly is “easy”, it is tedious and takes time. It probably took about 6 hours (over the span of two days) to put it all together. You definitely need two people. The placement of screws is awkward and hard to get everything tightened easily. Although the back is a bit lower, the cushions are sturdy and taller than the back so there is support. It seems like it will hold up well, very sturdy! I researched a few pieces on Amazon and Wayfair and finally settled on this one. It is definitely priced well! Highly recommend!

I am really happy with my purchase of this outdoor set. Note that there are four boxes. I received 3 and realized right away pieces/4th box were missing. The company was amazing and communicated with me daily until everything was received. It was very easy to put together, however, I used my own tools vs the tools provided and recommends it do the same, as well. I like the thickness of the cushions, and for the most part they are comfortable. I think if the material of the covers were slightly different they woyld be 100% comfortable, they are slippery and slide off couch easy. But I am also thinking as they get used this will change.If you are considering this purchase, I do recommend. It is a great set and and the red cushions I chose looks perfect on my porch.

I am in my 70's, I can't move a heavy sofa around for cleaning, so I'm using this in my living room. It's great! Looks good, easy to move!

The pillow casing keeps splitting at the zipper area on all of the pillows. Also, the pillows slide when sitting. Last of all, the static electricity in the pillows causes a shock after sitting on the furniture. This is the worst patio furniture ever.

One cushion cover had zipper broken and one cushion was not waterproof. Cushion covers are a cheap silky feel. I paid someone $100 to put together. So to disassemble and return would be too much of a hassle and a waste of the $100. I would have gladly paid more for thicker better cushions to include better material. I have been in contact with seller asking if I can BUY BETTER 4 INCH CUSHIONS AND NO RESPONSE. Walmart has some much better options that I wish I would have seen first. The ottoman is lopsided. The seller was great to send out new cushion covers immediately I think. I have not been to river to find out. Seller was very easy to work with. Just wish I would have paid more and got more.
