Can I purchase individual containers?

We do not sell individual containers at the moment due to cost of shipping, but may add that option in the future.

I am moving soon. Would you recommend wrapping in bubble wrap before storing in the containers?

I don't know what type or how fragile the dishes/glassware are you're planning to place in these containers, but I used these containers using just the liners included to move and store my Mom's complete set of china safely. The containers for the cups/goblets have separate pockets for each one, and they worked great. I had no issues with breakage or chips. If you want to take the extra precaution, the bubble wrap could certainly be used, but keep in mind it will take up extra space and you won't get as many items in the containers.

Is this for a set of 12?

Yes each piece can hold 12 plates or cups. They can hold bowls too but maybe not 12 bowls depending on how deep they are.

What are the dimensions of the label insert, and what are the dimensions of the actual window?

The label insert is approximately 2.5" X 3.5". The clear window is approximately 1.25" X 2.25". These are really nice cases.
