Helps browning a turkey
I haven't used this yet. I saw this on YouTube to help brown a turkey. (I didn't make a turkey this year. I was taken out to enjoy the meal cooked for me.)

Intensely fruity, with no added sugar and surprising umami
To the best of my knowledge, this vinegar is the only one on Amazon that's actually made from cherry juice, not grape must with sugar and cherry juice or flavor added. It's vinegar, not balsamic vinegar or a balsamic glaze, but intense cherry flavor and sweetness come to the fore in some dishes. My biggest surprise was the umami that emerges via several recipes on the Podor website, including a broccoli stir-fry recipe in which hazelnut oil and cherry vinegar are substituted for the usual sesame oil and soy sauce. I made it without salt for my brother, who has high blood pressure and a soy allergy, and we both loved it.Be forewarned that some Podor recipes can use a good edit. Read each recipe from start to finish, make sure that you understand every word, and check the ingredients list against the instructions. Don't hesitate to query Podor if something doesn't add up; they are very responsive.

Quality Product
The product arrived one day later than estimated. I will need more time to evaluate this Cherry Vinegar, but looking forward to it! I understand there are great health benefits.

Tastes tart & acidy like typical vinegar
Tastes tart & acidy like typical vinegar. This does NOT have a sweet tinge to it and you can barely detect a faint cherry flavor due to the tartness and acidity. It's like any vinegar you buy in the grocery store - tart and acidy. Take my advice and don't trust the reviews that state otherwise, completely disagree with them. Would not buy again.
