This new door handle has been wonderful so far. Now the door on my 5th wheel closes smoothly and I don't have to pull on the paddle handle when closing the door, like I had to with the old door latch. It's also nice to have four keys compared to just the one that my boyfriend and I shared before. It looks to be much more sturdy, it fits just as it should, and it took my boyfriend maybe 5 minutes to install it. Definitely recommend to anyone that is looking to replace the original door latch on their RV, 5th Wheel, etc.

This lock fit as it should. It has full thread screws. Old screws were / had 1/2" shoulder. Thus only allowed a set tightness. New version let's you over tighten. Thus, causing deformation of lock area which caused indent in door. Thus, the lock latch and deadbolt are not in line with door frame. Ut I did find out why old one failed and fixed that one. Reinstalled old one. Best to remove old lock and measure the door and get the right one or maybe fix old.

Great product for the money. Perfect replacement for my Forest River camper door. Fits perfectly, the finish is very nice, and the keys work smoothly. Has worked all season without issue for me!

Works great and seems to be very good quality. Would be nice to have a template when you have to cut a new hole for the door, other than that no issues.

Installed on 2003 westwind travel trailer. Fits just like the OEM and works even better. Very smooth operating locks and handle. No more slamming door to get a tight seal. I can close it with one finger now and looks nice to. Very happy camper!

These are about the same quality and exact copies of the FTS handles that came on my Fleetwood trailer. There was nothing wrong with those handles after 15 years except the previous owner lost the keys. When I got a pair of these I was disappointed they were not keyed alike, I could have sworn I read a review saying that pairs would come keyed alike, but the company says that don't have that capability, so I'll just have to have two keys. These don't come with a lick of oil on them, so make sure to spray them with some graphite, PTFE or some other light lube, the keys were very crunchy going in before I did that.

It’s so great that Amazon carries rv parts! Our lock on the main entry door gave up on our 2 year old trailer. We were able to get this replacement lock and it works great!
