Excellent so far! It has helped me with my brain function. Had been struggling with cognitive function and found out from my doctor I had mold in my brain. I’m getting better but this has helped a lot. It has helped a ton with helping me focus and have a sharper mind!I love this brand and was excited to see they offer organic products?I did find that there was a lot of loose powder in the sides of the bottle. I have not found any broken or damaged capsules and it wouldn’t stop me from buying these again. They are a great value for the price!

This supplement definitely makes me sleepy. I bought it to help with brain fog, because I had read it boosts alertness. However, I noticed that for several days, after taking it, I felt very sleepy. I started taking it at night, and it causes me to sleep deeper, more vivid dreams. Crazy, maybe my body reacts differently than others. I will continue taking it to see if my body will adjust. I started with taking one 700 mg capsule
