Great product! Only downside is lack of trim plate screws
Great production! No screws for beauty plates/trim plates. Terrible instructions. If you dont have any water pressure remove the cartridge trim and check the springs at the back of the cartridge for debris.

Looks super nice but has critical
Update: I was able to place the plate on and siliconed it in place. Now that it's siliconed in, it is a lot more secure. The valve stem is fairly short so make sure to install it further out if it's going behind tile so that the cover has enough stem to grip.This product looks super nice, but it has a critical error on the valve plate. The plate just pushes on with a gasket, no screws. Even with caulking, the plate is at risk of moving and leaking. That's why Moen and other companies have screws in their face plate. I would return it but have already installed the tile.....

Item hard to install and did not work correctly
Item was unusually hard to install due to poor valve design and conversion to tub spout. Shower would not shut off in tub spout setting.

Nice Product Lame cover plate
Every step was good until the last detail. No screws to hold valve cover plate. Loose fit and unprofessional look. Glad this was for me cuz it's not even snug to shower wall and wiggles around. Felt bad getting right to the end and the finishing touch was a sloppy finish

Short tub spout
The tub spout extends 5 1/2 inches from the wall. We needed something longer for soaking tub so we did not install it.

Looks really good.
We have not installed the product yet, but I have to say I am really impressed with how the package came. Everything came in a really nice box, the tap and shower head were all individually wrapped. At first look it seems really great!
