Worked awesome. I didn't really use the stud bolts. I was too lazy to take the old ones out. It didn't come with the gasket that covers the timing sprocket. I used RTV for that no problem. Pretty nice kit.

The kit was comprehensive, including the gaskets to complete the project. Buying all of these components individually from Polaris would have cost a lot more. However, there are no instructions, so I was glad I had already purchased a complete repair manual. This kit (along with a Niche head kit) allowed us to rebuild the entire top end of our recently purchased (used) atv on a reasonable budget.

Well as far as of now it has lasted it seems to be doing great i would recommend it and would buy again came fast and nicely packaged

Overall decent kit, cylinder fits on my 08 outlaw 90. Only issue I’ve had is the studs with this kit seem to be cheaply made, torque specs on head nuts is 11.5 ft lbs and it snapped one stud off. Now I have to buy a stud kit, new gasket set and redo the engine to replace the stud. Also this kit does not include the cam sprocket cover gasket.
