Works as expected!

I used this same thing at physical therapy, so I got this for home workouts. The foam is holding up well with daily use. There are plenty of core strengthening exercises that can be done on this. My favorite is holding a 10 lb kettlebell in one hand just dangling down to your side and raising knees alternating like marching in place, 20 reps and then switch to the other arm for 20 more.
