It came without the mounting hardware
The running board did not come with the mounting hardware.... The picture shows the hardware, so I had to purchase the hardware just so I could mount the step. I almost sent it back

No brackets
Just like do many other reviewers stated.... Did not come with brackets. Contacted manufacturer to no avail. Buyer beware.

Missing mounting brackets, but the company made it right
Did not come with the mounting brackets, no information on if they are in another box arriving later or not. It took a couple of weeks but the company did send me the mounting brackets and now Iām happy with the running boards

I did NOT receive the 401801 mounting bracket portion of the item.
I received No mounting brackets. I received the 495154 running board step. I did NOT receive the 401801 mounting brackets. What am I supposed to do to get the mounting brackets? In looking at previous reviews this seems to be a common problem. Please advise. Thanks. David

Disappointing Product Ad and Description
Does not say anywhere that this is ONLY a running board. Says in one part that the description "Note, board and brackets may ship separately." Don't worry, the brackets don't actually exist.

It is great
It is a great step and what I was expecting. It is great on flat area; however, after installation of step, I realized I can not drive up to my driveway š. It was scratching my drive way up hill, but I found solution by driving backward uphill to my driveway, so it worked perfectly fine! š Good luck!

Miss leading
The seller needs to be clear that the mounting brackets are NOT Included. This is BS, I would have purchase a different step for less money. This is not a trust worthy seller.

Terrible company
Do not buy this step. Their ad shows the brackets attached and appear to be included. THEY ARE NOT. You have to pay another 188 dollars for the brackets. Not worth it for that amount of money. READ all the reviews , everyone complains about the same thing and Amazon doesn't help you out . If I could leave a zero I would.
