I recommend these to the more experienced stitchers since they’re pretty big projects with limited instructions. These are some of the best, most unique embroidery kits that you’ll find on Amazon in my opinion. All together the four kits probably took me almost a year to complete haha. I absolutely love them

Perfect kit!

This was my first embroidery project and every aspect went well. I'm sure I made some mistakes but I'm very pleased with the finished product.The kit includes EVERYTHING you need, which is a nice surprise. It comes with the pattern printed on the fabric, all the embroidery thread needed (and plenty leftover), 3 needles, a needle threader, a hoop, and a pair of thread clippers. There's a color photo of what the finished piece should look like, which also shows the type of stitch used in which area, and which color it should be. The directions tell you how to prepare and how to finish when done embroidering. The printed pattern erases in water.The stitch instructions have a photo of the stitch and short list of directions. They are just adequate; I would suggest watching some embroidery videos on YouTube to really get the best idea of how to do them.This is a good project for a beginner, I didn't find it difficult at all. Because it's so complete, it would make a good gift also.As other reviews noted, this is NOT cross-stitch.

Everything looks great .. nice kit

Easy to follow for an experienced embroiderer. It has more thread than needed (which is always fantastic.) It turned out nice and met my expectations.

I got this for my grandmother as she's a great embroiderer. She finished this in no time and it looks amazing! She also said it was a lot easier than she originally anticipated. Would definitely recommend this for crafty people!

Good product (the frame pictured here was bought separately though). While the instructions are not the best, this is a pretty simple piece with basic stitches. This was actually my 4th embroidery project, but the first 3 I did were MUCH more difficult than this one. It is definitely great for beginners! If you're new to embroidery, YouTube is your best friend. I think it turned out nice and my mom, who is an avid knitter, loved getting it for her birthday!

Nice design, but the fabric is way too dense for 6 strand embroidery.I used 3 strands instead and it is turning out very nice.With 6 strands you need to FORCE the needle through, very easy to distort the fabric.Would suggest change directions or use a less dense fabric.My humble opinion only. Also tried washing by hand to get rid of the outlines and the ink smeared. I’m going to try washing by machine if it doesn’t come out then the project is totally unusable.
