This heating pad works wonderfully! It offers multiple heat settings, so I can easily adjust it to what I need. I have a pinched nerve in my shoulder, and the pad is lightweight enough not to aggravate it, yet it still conforms perfectly to my neck and shoulder. This is THE best Heating pad!!!! It is soft, long enough for your entire torso, and hot. Love the temperature control, auto timer and controls. Perfect for our backs and knees. I have thrown away two heating pads that were terrible. This one. The best. Highly recommend.

This is a really good heating pad. The size on it was what I wanted. It’s long enough to stretch out the whole length of my legs. It has multiple settings automatic shut off and is also very soft. I use it every day.

I love this heating pad because it is weighted and has a lot of different temperature settings. It gets really warm and the weighted part helps you relax even more. The only reason I am giving this a 4 out of 5 is because the first time I ordered it, there was an issue with the wires and it would not heat up. I kept getting an E2 error. So, I had to send it back an reorder it. The new one seems to be working great and is heating up fine. I have recommended this to multiple friends and they all love it!

This is such an amazing product. The highest level heat is great for really sore and painful back pains. I had the flat heat pads but it was such a pain to constantly hold it where it hurt. The weight of this is just perfect. I cannot rave more about this wonderful product!!

The heating worked great when I first started using it... which wasn't until maybe a month after I received it. And now it's not heating as well and the return window has already closed. I surgery on 4 vertabrea on my cervical spine, C3-C5... also 2 rods and 8 screws. I was doing really well until 3 -4 weeks ago. Then I was in severe pain night and day with very little relief, except for lidocaine patches,Aleve, and the heating pad.I used it of and on and it really helped relax my muscles,especially at night time. I would set the time for 20 mins , at a lower heat setting. Now it doesn't heat up like it use too, and I'm past the 30 return period, which is very disappointing bc it really helped with the pain. Disappointed it already seems to be not working as well as it should be.
