Amscan Bride & Groom with Bouquet Cake Topper | Wedding and Engagement Party, 4.5'

Loved this item and especially its affordability! My now-husband was surprisingly set on having a cake topper that looked like us, but I didn't have that $100+ in our budget. I got this and a spray on bonding primer and pulled out my acrylic paints and modge podge. It took some time and patience, but my husband and I were thrilled with the result and got a ton of compliments. Now I just want to find a reason/place to keep it on display!

Truly a romantic and lovely Bride & Groom cake topper. Paint would be easy to brush on if personal touches are necessary. A definite keepsake!

I wanted a blonde one that's why I ordered it.It was in the picture, but I got a brunette very disappointed. quality is great!!size was great, but I really wanted the blonde one.

My daughter picked out this wedding topper because the bride had blonde hair like hers. The flowers in the bouquet were white. We were excited to open the package but were VERY disappointed to see that the bride had brown hair and the bouquet was lilac and light green!! Definitely NOT what we ordered. I thought about returning it, but my daughter's small wedding is in two weeks. So I used acrylic paint and painted the hair and the bouquet. There was also a chip on the bride's dress so I purchased pearl white nail polish to fix this as well. The picture I am including shows the before on the left and after painting on the right. Overall, the topper is sturdy and has nice details. Thankfully, I was able to make changes to the original but I worry about other customers who may not be as crafty.

Decent price, decent topper, don't expect the woman to have blonde hair. It's a weird unnatural light brown. But, hey, she's plastic, so a little unnatural is to be expected. I'll paint the hair and she'll be fine. I just hope the plastic groom doesn't notice.

This is the sweetest topping for a cake. It was the hit of a very small reception with the bride and groom plus 4. Everyone understood it represented the joy of the couple now and the joy of the other couples in the room from past ceremonies. Cheers!
