It works
This was easy to attach. I only needed to use one washer and I have no leaks... it comes with three of them. I've saved the others, just in case time causes them to go bad. It works just like it's supposed to, and easy enough to turn on and shut off, but not too easy as in, you might accidently do so. I'm not the professional fix-it person, and I got it on the hose just fine. It's super simple and seems to be made of pretty solid materials. It fit my hose that I bought from walmart. No complaints from me.

Nice multiple use shutoff valve for the hose, your home or that storage tank
So this same style shutoff can be used in multiple ways. The first is to make life easier when strung out in the yard on 50ft of hose whether pressure washing or simply watering and needing to change hose nozzles. A quick turn and boom you can easily swap things out without needing to go all the way back to the shutoff at the house. A huge time saver... The second use is a storage container shutoff. I had a 15 gallon water tank that was shipped with just a cap. How fast do you need to be to open and close that cap without draining the entire contents on the ground. Purchase this and have a very easy way to shutoff that water without emptying the entire tank. Third use is just dealing with failing water valves around the home. Whether it be a leaking hose faucet that doesn't shut off or a washer hose that is leaking by while servicing your washing machine you can quickly screw this on and stop the leak or drip on the spot.

Absolute Junk
This thing is supposed to be brass but started rusting after just 2 uses on my RV. On top of that started leaking, tried two different types of washers to no avail, still leaks. Last but not least, the cheap plastic handle split. DO NOT BUY THIS. The only thing it has going for it is that it is cheap....but you get what you pay for.

Reliable, High Quality, Fair Price
I bought this to repair an ailing hose bib which had lost its handle. Rather than investing the time and expense of have a new bib installed, I purchased this valve instead.Problem fixed, permanently, for only a few bucks. A once in a lifetime investment. This valve should last a long, long time.Happy Camper!
