My son likes to play a game where he likes to fall in between the net but I'm always watching him also when this was becoming flimsy and it wasn't working correctly they were quick to replace the item with the better one the bars were as stable I am very happy with the service I received from this company

I really wanted to like this rail.Very cute design and it's very sturdy. I originally got the 54" and 74.8" inch rail for my under year old son. It is for a full sized Daybed and I thought two was enough but I needed another since he found a way to go around it. That's where my issues started.The 54" has been out of stock for three months. His grandmother found it and immediately ordered it. But when it came in it was the wrong size. On the package it says 54" inch but being side by side to the previous 54" I bought before. It is definitely shorter maybe it's the 47" model.I'm disappointed. I even got some plywood to go under the mattress just so I can anchor this securely. Wanted to reach out to the seller but I see no way.

I wish I bought this product sooner but only got around to it after my little one fell off the bed when I left her after she fell asleep (she was sleeping lightly and I didn't want to risk waking her when I moved her to her crib).Product is easy to use, and of good quality.Cons:I bought this product because it had this nifty feature of the top bar being unhooked and allowed to drape over the side. The picture made it seem as if I could sit in the side of the bed with neat feature. However, what it doesn't mention is that while the TOP bar is unhookable, the BOTTOM metal bar sits on the bed (so little one can't get trapped between edge of bed and the metal piece), so since this piece stays on, you still cannot sit on the edge of the bed without potentially bending this metal piece or having it be uncomfortable under you. Therefore, I never end up using this supposedly nifty feature.The other major disadvantage is that this product makes louder than expected crinkling noises when I raise it, which wakes my little one. This sort of defeats the purpose of being able to leave my little one sleeping on her bed without worries of having her fall off, if she won't stay sleeping whenever I try to leave her bed. Little one wakes up and cries perhaps at least 50% of the time when I try to leave (unless she is deeply asleep) so it is useful the other 50% of the time. I wish the material of the product were made of quieter fabric instead of something more plasticky so it would be quieter when sliding up and down.Also, you should look under your bed and measure your slat spacing before buying. Many beds have slats under it, which will not match the width of the metal attachment pieces on this product. We had to go buy additional wood from home depot and screw them across, under the bed to have slats in the right spacing to fit this product. Other similar products have the same issue.

Basically, the product is good but quality control is non-existent. One of the rails was very bent, to the point of being almost impossible to install, and it was done that way at the factory; the shipping box was undamaged and you could see that they had painted over the break in the metal.I know this is Amazon and I know the quality of many products on here. However, I also know that most parents don't have time to go through endless refunds and exchanges, and I don't believe manufacturers should be incentivized to just pump out crappy products. I won't be buying from this company again, although the way Amazon works these days, another iteration of the company will just pop up when it gets enough negative reviews.
