I made “witches” hair for a Halloween dinner and the kids loved it. I did too because no artificial dyes. The pasta easy to cook, tasted great and I will purchase again for other dinners.

tried around 30 different "artisan" pasta, this is best Spaghetti shaped pasta. very smooth.faint squid ink taste, but this is good thing, so it is not overpower,for people love squid ink can add more fresh ink themself (which I did sometimes)

Subtle flavor. Although the squid ink colors the pasta a dark black the actual taste is very mild. As others have suggested this pairs well with just a bit of oil and parmesan cheese. Tomato sauces would completely overpower the pasta.

Packet arrived open, pasta scattered in outer packaging. Will not use. Cannot return. Not fair..

Yum! Great texture and flavor. It's briney and richer tasting than regular pasta. And the black color is very sexy!So good lightly sautéed (after boiling and draining) with butter, shrimp, cherry tomatoes and corn.

To my knowledge, this product used to be sold as a quantity of 2. Hefty price for a single packaged item. I enjoy cooking with this pasta but a bit too expensive for the wallet, will be looking for another brand.
