I wasn't happy with the factory pedals on my racing kart and was looking for an upgrade so I decided to give these a try. The first thing I noticed when I received them was the quality feel. They are nicely machined and surprisingly light (which is a VERY good thing for a racing kart!). The pedals are nicely knurled which helps ensure your feet don't slip off during the high G force cornering and bouncing on the rougher tracks. The multiple holes for attaching the throttle and brake rods change the amount of leverage applied when the pedals are pushed and are great for allowing small adjustments to get the best feel for the driver. The one caveat is that the holes for mounting the pedals to the kart are 10mm metric and most racing karts are 3/8" standard. That's only a few thousandths difference to they "could" be mounted with the standard 3/8" bolt or pin but there would be some slop. I'm very particular about stuff like that so I used a 10mm reamer to enlarge the hole in the mounting boss on my cart then mounted the pedals with a 10mm bolt. This left the pedals able to move freely but with no slop. If you don't have access to a 10mm reamer a 25/64 drill could be used. That is slightly less than 10mm but drills are inherently less accurate than reamers so the finished hole will be almost a perfect fit for a 10mm bolt. I've run several races with these pedals now and the feel is MUCH better than the factory pedals.
