Work well
They work well as I use them on my dog lead to attach the lead to a post. The previous clips finished up bent but these seem to be stronger.

A bit fiddly
They are a bit fiddly and the gate doesn’t open quite wide enough for my liking. I’ll probably go for a standard carabiner if I need more.
