Overall fantastic case - just pick your screen protector wisely
I moved to this case from an Otterbox Defender on my old S4, which I purchased wayyy back when Otterbox was the only real well-known name in phone cases.Boy is this a night and day difference. Extremely satisfied with this case, and not looking back.Pros:-Sleek. The old cases I had were always rubbery in texture and caught on my pockets. This one is quite a bit smoother, but not to the point where it feels slippery to the touch.-Solid feel. The case is dual layered (soft inner layer, hardened outer shell) and feels strong, but way thinner compared to other double layered cases like the Otterbox Defender. I don't feel like my phone doubles in size with this thing on. I can;t comment on the protective quality of the case since I haven't dropped my phone yet. but I feel like it should hold up as well if not better than most cases.-Tight fit. This was my BIG pet peeve with other cases. The latex/rubber/whatever would always come loose and begin to pull off on the corners of the phone. This process happened 10x faster if I ever had to remove the case for whatever reason. I've had to snap this case on and off about 4 times in the process of removing SIM/SD cards and it fits on like a glove each time.Cons:-No access to the microSD port without removing the case. Not a huge issue, but still worth mentioning.-No protective flaps/covers for the charging port/headphone jack. Not a deal breaker, but worth noting if you're used to a case that has those things, like Lifeproof or Otterbox.-Screen protectors. This is the only thing that I think SERIOUSLY needs mentioning, and even then, it's not necessarily the case's fault. The issue stems from the S7 itself, which has curved edges on its screen (not as pronounced as the S7 Edge, but still curved compared to the S6 and earlier). As for protecting the screen, they come in two varieties, the film and glass based ones. Their compatibility with this case will vary based on what you choose. For film, the curving isn't a huge issue. It fits snugly up to the edges of the screen, and the case snaps pretty snugly over it.For glass, there's two kinds - flat protectors that only cover the screen itself, and curved protectors that cover the entire front face of the phone. The flat protectors fit just fine with the case since it doesn't reach the edges, but the tradeoff is that since the screen curves, you get a ring or "halo" of glass that doesn't adhere to the edges. It's more of a cosmetic issue than a protective one, but dust and stuff can still get under that if you don't put it on carefully. The raised lip of the case does help to prevent that though.Curved glass reaches all the way across the front of the phone, BUT the added thickness is too much for the case to snap over. Putting the case back on my phone after applying the protector caused it to pop off. This happened with two separate curved glass protectors. The case is too snug a fit to support it.Essentially, if you're going to go with a screen protector with this case, pick a flat glass one (albeit with a halo effect), or a film one (which doesn't protect against screen impacts).Other than that bit of warning, I can't think of anything negative to say about the case. I'm extremely satisfied with it and will look to Spigen the next time I upgrade.

Protected my phone from a FIVE STORY DROP!
Best. Case. EVER. This case has proven its worth dozens of times, after my tendency to drop my phone constantly on the pavement. But it blew my mind just recently when 100% protecting my phone from a FIVE STORY HIGH DROP! I was sitting on my hotel balcony when it slipped out of my pocket. I didn't feel it slip... I only heard something hit the balcony railing. I froze, my eyes squeezed shut in full cringe mode, hoping to god that I wasn't about to hear a second sound from further away below me (indicating that it had actually fallen). Just when I opened my eyes, after thinking it had been long enough, I heard that dreaded sound of my phone hitting the pavement 50' below me. At that moment, I knew my phone was worthless. I had just utterly destroyed my phone. I was thinking I'd be lucky if the screen wasn't shattered, even with the case and tempered glass.I ran down, picked up my phone, and absolutely couldn't believe it... It had landed on the top left corner and the only reason I even know that is because there's a little scuff mark and the tempered glass is a little cracked in that corner.Mind = blown. I did not expect this case to protect from that level of impact at all. I never even skipped a beat! I picked up my phone & have been using it just fine for the past 2 months since this incident.Aside from that, I also really appreciate how protective this case is versus how thin/lightweight it is. It doesn't add a bunch of obnoxious bulk. I only buy cases that have a softer, more rubbery interior coupled with a harder plastic shell for better protection and ease with sliding it in & out of pockets & whatnot. This case is the perfect combination of all my preferences and I would enthusiastically recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent balance between protection and aesthetic appeal 😊PS - See the pic I attached for an idea of how far up I dropped my phone from. Toward the left, you'll see a teeeeeny tiny water bottle on the ground which is not much bigger than the size of my phone... That'll give you a good idea of the scale. Best case ever!

Totally protected my phone during a THREE STORY DROP TO SOLID CONCRETE. So much better than Otterbox!
Literally two days after I got this case, and the evening I put the case on my phone, it proved it's worth. My pockets were very shallow and I was on my back porch (third floor) when I bent to sit down on the stairs. My phone slipped out of the pocket, bounced on the wooden stairs and through the wooden slats of the porch railing, and fell three floors to what I assumed would be its demise onto solid concrete ground.I walked down the steps, almost trudging expecting what was awaitng me when I picked up my phone. Walking over, the phone was facedown on the ground. I flipped it over, cringing already expecting to see a destroyed screen and nothing. Not even a scratch. The phone was totally fine and totally protected. THREE STORY DROP TO SOLID CONCRETE AND IT SURVIVED WITH NO SCRATCHES ON THE PHONE. There were a few small scuffs on the back of the case, but I'll accept those as it's battle wounds. I used to be 100% brand loyal to Otterbox but I am extremely clumsy and had literally broken 4 Otterbox cases before I decided to try a different brand. Spigen won me over immediately and I won't be going back to Otterbox!

Much better than expected
So good I bought one for the Missus. Mine is a little battered, and granted I haven't had it that long...but I am a git for dropping my phone. It's been dropped onto concrete, tarmac, metal, boats and covered in all manner of crap. Took the case off the other day, and it's still clean behind there!! Proves it's a good fit. And it does indeed protect well - from side, back and screen first impacts...not even a scratch on the phone.Being a single piece, it's easy to put on - easier than the offerings from the likes of Otterbox (who in my opinion are nowhere near as good as they used to be). It obviously makes the phone a bit chunky - but I have large hands, so that's a bonus. Also doesn't slide about in my hands so much.Admittedly, the gun metal grey colour has suffered slightly, and I can see the white plastic showing through. But I bought it primarily for protection - which it is doing well.I was an Otterbox (S3 & S5) user - dismissing the Spigen cases because they were so cheap compared to OB and Griffin. Read a few reviews, took a gamble...which in hindsight probably wasn't my best idea for a brand new £500 phone...however, I have ended up with a good case at a low cost, I guess I won the gamble?!The Missus has just got an S7 herself and the first thing I did was order this case! She seems more than happy with it so far...although she's had it on less than an hour (at time of writing)...she likes the colour!

Great case for a clumsy person
When i changed phones to a Samsung S7 i was looking for a robust case that could protect the phone from repeated falls. I am quite clumsy and i would say if i go a week without dropping my phone more than once its been a good week. I must admit that i was a bit sceptical at first as it didn't look too substantial. My old phones case was a big soft rubbery thing with a hard plastic surround, but so far in about 10 months it has protected my phone perfectly from falls on all kinds of floors - concrete, tarmac, carpet, vinyl etc. It has minor scuffs to the bumper bit around the edges, and the hard plastic back bit is definately showing some wear in the form of scratches and scrapes, but that's what its there for - to stop them happening on the phone.I would also be surprised if this hasn't saved my phone screen on numerous occasions - which is still fully in tact and scratch free despite all the drops!I would definately recommend this if you are looking for a case for your S7

Excellent quality case
Highly recommend this case for the Samsung S7. FYI I bought it with my own cash - no freebie or paid-for reviews here! It’s a two piece case - a softer impact resistant rubber that encloses the corners of the phone and a cliped-on hard outer shell that holds it all in place and protects the back of phone and camera. Unlike a lot of cheaper cases the ‘soft’ rubber is actually quite stiff and looks pretty tough. The best thing about the whole case is that it is very slim and therefore does not add a load of ‘bulk’ to the phone as a whole. Even better, it accommodates a tough screen saver should you wish to add one and wraps the phone up nice and secure. Appearance wise, I bought one in Matt black which aesthetically looks plain and simple. I’ve obviously not tested it for damage limitations- should that happen I’ll update my review. That said, for £10 at time of purchase I’d say you can’t go wrong.

Best case I have had
I have had 4 cases for my s7 so far, and each has had a problem in some way. Usually the buttons are too stiff, or it dents very easily. However, this case is not only the best looking one i have had, but it feels great too. The buttons for volume and power are very cool and nice to press, it has great coverage and looks/ feels sleek. Probably my favorite one Iv'e ever bought.Only issue is that it is quite chunky compared to others and adds a bit extra width than normal.

Saved a new phone from breaking!
One fantastic item. I had my phone in my trouser pocket and walked at a quick pace smack into the corner of a desk at work. The case was facing "out" in my pocket with the screen against my leg.I was convinced the screen would have been cracked by the impact as it was pretty hard.On pulling the phone out of my pocket there is a scuff mark in the protector and the phone is intact. One "bostin" piece of kit, shall not replace the protector as every so often I look at the scuff mark and weeks later still feel impressed at how well it worked.Of course if I had the phone facing "screen out" in my pocket it would have been a different matter, but that is why is was placed in my pocket the way it was.
