Great for my small, white, compulsive-licker dog with mild skin allergies
I don't typically use conditioners on my dog, but I decided to try this along with the Allergroom shampoo, also by Virbac, after reading that both have been recommended by vets for dogs with skin issues. The conditioner left my dog's fur soft and smelling nice, though there was still the unavoidable undercurrent of wet dog. The combination of shampoo and conditioner also made my dog lick and scratch himself less for a few days.I previously worried that frequent, weekly baths would only dry out my dog's skin and make it worse, but the conditioner seems to prevent that. After just about three weeks, there has been no worsening of my dog's skin.

Finally, a product that works!
LOVE IT!!Used with the Epi Soothe shampoo. My Olde English Bulldogge was itching and stinky. We tried 4 other products only to make his situation worse. After m7ch research, I decided to buy the Epi Soothe shampoo and Cream rinse. Both smell good. My dog smells great and has not been itchy at all. My dog feels fresh when I pet him and his gross odor is completely gone. The product is supposed to be left on for 10 minutes before rinsing, which I was concerned about because my dog is hyper and I wasnt sure if I could keep him in the tub in that long. It have been soothing, because he loved every minute of the wait! It had been over a week since his second bath and he is silky, and still smells good!

He's not smelly anymore
I got Joseph, my senior, long hair German Shephard, from the pound 6 weeks ago. He smelled like the pound and a yeast infection - even after 2 baths. I used this product after giving him a bath with a hydrogen peroxide shampoo and he no longer reeks. The hydrogen peroxide shampoo had a medicinal smell and this cream rinse took that away and made his coat soft. I have an aversion to strong scents and the scent of this cream rinse is nice - doesn't bother me. Worth the cost.

Soft, shiny, and shedless.
This is a great product. Smells like oatmeal from a package. So smell isn’t perfumey at all but it leave you dog super soft. I bath my Pug on a regular basis to help with shedding and epi soothe products really help with shedding. They do not say that in the bottle but the super moisturizing results from it keep the coat shiny and healthy. Sometimes shedding can be treated topically by keeping the skin and coat healthy. This stuff is great.

Still scratching
My dog is still scratching. I can't bath him more than once per week, not good for his tender skin. I'll keep trying, along with flea treatment (just in case-I haven't seen any) using hydrocortisone lotion as well. May admit defeat, go to the vet for a pill. 😐

My vet recommended this for my itchy dog and it definitely helped
My vet recommended this for my itchy dog and it definitely helped. When I took him his groomer, I forgot to take this and the groomer used her different products and sure enough he started itching again. I shampooed him with epi sooth and the itching resolved!

Great!
My dog has developed itchy rash skin. We've used everything (meds & other shampoos) but this seems to work the best. She feels much better after the shampoo and rinse (you have to leave it one for 5-10 minutes). Her skin cools down and she feels so much better. Smells good too!

Best Cream Rinse!
I’ve been looking all over for this cream rinse for dogs. It smells wonderful and it helps with tangles in their ears and tails. I was brushing my dog the other day. We hadn’t bathed her two weeks and when I brushed her the scent of the cream rinse came out again. That was kind of amazing. I would recommend this to anyone that likes their dog to be smooth and smell nice.
