Kids loved decorating it.
Very sturdy wood product and accepts paint, markers, and crayon on front or a wood stain if desired. The packet of four for the price was a great deal for the money as far as I was concerned. Helps it was exactly what I was hunting up at the time. Heart shape well liked by grandkids, and one saw no reason not to decorate on both sides. Taught them to use heart shape as a template to color a background around their picture or to center their picture on the front. Easy but sturdy opening on the back the six year old figured out in no time a all. Good project for kid or adult in creating a valued keepsake.
