This battery is the same size and voltage as the store-bought varieties available here in NYC, but has higher Amp-hours and costs $50 LESS! It arrived very promptly and now my Arrow 9 E-bike is back to full strength!

Well worth it
This is a good alternative. The battery holds the charge well and does not depreciate as quickly compared to the stock battery on my e-bike. So far the performance had been consistent, so let's hope it continues to deliver the same result.

I ordered one of the batteries from TERKO Ebike Battery - 48V 20Ah Electric Bike Battery and I was quite excited to use it on my Ebike but it did not fit so sadly I had to return it. The folks at Terko where generous enough to help me with my refund issue and didn’t give me a hassle like some company’s I greatly appreciate the Excellent Customer Service A+++✅. I highly recommend.

Amazing battery, customer service equally as fantastic. True asset to the Ebike community6 months later: Battery still working amazingly. I have put 750 miles on the e-bike (mostly motoring, too lazy to pedal) and battery going strong!
