Captain Barnicle balloon is not foil as stated, but thin plastic and does not have a seal, so ribbon needs to be tied on as tight as possible to prevent helium from escaping. I was only able to Inflate Latex character balloons closer to 9” not 12” as pictured without popping

The balloons blow up easily and the character looks good (most of them, anyway. Tweak and professor inkling look less good when blown up) When blowing up the balloons I noticed they smell like gasoline. Very strong smell.

These balloons are very cheap. The large ones do not self seal like a regular large foil ballon would. Would not recommend. Lose air very quickly. Don’t float at all.
