This mounting set up for a good job on the floor and the wall is good. It is very hard and it’s not bad to have it in the house too. Works great for me but I have a lot of work to do. I have a feeling it might work out for me.

I twisted two of the accompaning bolts off. I went to home depot and bought stainless steel bolts. No other problems after the tinker toy hardware.

Used for punching bag

I wanted to support a heavy bag between two rafters so I built a bridge out of 2x6 and some metal strapping. The hanger bolts lined up well enough with the metal strap for it not to be a problem getting everything locked down tight.

Great product, used it to hang my 70 lb heavy bag in the basement. So far so good!

The chain was very sturdy for the punching bag I I have. I am very happy with how it turned out. It can hold a lot of weight. I highly recommend you get this if you are contemplating it.

Would be better if it could swivel, but otherwise it does the job.

The mount itself isn't that big but it holds a 200lb muay thai kicking bag solidly with the supplied screws (bolts) that we pre-drilled into a wooden beam. There are four fairly long screws that secure the mount in place and really I think it has way more capacity that 200lbs. As long as the beam or joist you are tapping into can handle the weight, this mount will handle most needs very securely.

I was little hesitant but I love how easy it was to install. It held up my weight and been punching the bag for abt 2 weeks. I been checking to see if anything came loose but everything appears to be solid. Great product thank you

Good product. I used the golden bolts as the black ones didn’t fit right. Good, low tech solution. Highly recommend
