Wow am I surprised. I’ve had a lot of different almond butters bjt this one far surprised my expectations. The depth of flavor is like no other. I love the convenient packets as well. Will buy again and recommend.

If I open a jar of nut butter, it will sit in the refrigerator for ages so individual packets are not only convenient but also less wasteful for me. Each packet of almond butter is the right amount to make a sandwich or provide a healthy snack directly from the pouch on the go. I didn’t knead the first packet enough and had a mix of runny, then thick paste, but having learned the lesson, the second pack was properly mixed to a smooth consistency. The butter is unsalted, but I didn’t miss the salt. I thought the flavor was fresh, slightly sweet, and nutty. I’m not a fan of peanut butter and jelly, but almond butter makes a much better sandwich. The box comes with 10 packets which are 190 calories and 6g of protein each. The expiration date on mine is about 13 months in the future. While I enjoyed it and think it is a quality product, the price of almost $2 a packet would keep me from re-ordering.

The box of travel-sized almond butter pouches arrived well-sealed and well within their best-by date. I’m sure the primary appeal of these is that they’re easy to carry on the go and would also be easy to pack in a lunchbox, and those are definitely plusses. I will note that I wasn’t able to extract a lot from the packet very easily, though, so it didn’t seem like I was getting much.The butter itself was much runnier and oilier than I had expected it would be. Honestly, not sure if it is intended to be that way or an effect of being in transit. Despite the texture, the butter does taste very good with a balance of sweet and nutty.Overall, I like the convenience of the pouch option, but I was disappointed with the texture and quantity of butter in the packet.

There is only 1 ingredient in these packets of almond butter and that's almonds, so you really know what you are getting here, no additives at all.This spread has a good almond flavor, it is light and unsalted, so it is a bit more delicate a flavor than say peanut butter. When I opened the first packet, I squeezed out some butter with very runny consistency, but the rest was hard to get out and was quite solid. It seems to separate a bit in the packet, so you get runny consistency at once end and very stiff solid butter at the other end. Before opening the second packet I kneaded it to get it well mixed up, this worked well, and I was able to squeeze it out of the packet with a nice consistency.They are convenient pouches for a packed lunch, but they are quite small. Still at 190 calories for 1.15oz, they pack a lot of energy. I'm a backpacker so I'm always looking for energy dense food like this.

If you like almond butter this is delicious! These are *very* small packages - just over an ounce each - but they are super clean food. They containing nothing more than almonds, not even salt. Delicious!
