Steam them for 10 min and then crisped them for 9 in the Ninja Speedi and they taste and feel great in the mouth. will definitely buy again.

At last I found Boerie like I had in SA. It's a bit salty, but that's understandable as it's not full of preservatives, thankfully! After cooking in the pan, I add beef gravy (Bisto, of course) to it, which helps to lessen the saltiness. My US family really enjoys it too - wish they didn't, then there would be more for me! LOL! Good quality meat and NO preservatives!!!

While these sausages are just like I remember from England, the price is just too much for the amount you get (10 oz package). I understand that shipping is expensive, but I can get other brands of these sausages at a better price elsewhere. Very tasty though

I threw it in the countertop toaster oven in a baking sheet at 350° for 20 minutes and it came out perfect.This is some really tasty sausage. Not spicy but tender tasty juicy meat in a natural casing. It has just the right texture and was devoured in minutes. It's a good thing they come in a 4 pack. And they come well packed with plenty of cold packs to keep everything cold during transport. Well done all the way around. I can't wait to try some of the other sausage I ordered at the same time.

Sorry to report that this particular version does not actually taste like the "real" Cumberlalnd sausage.It tastes more like a cross between a Cumberland sausage and a hot dog. It's not that the taste is horrible. It's just that, considering the cost of this product, it does not measure up to my expectations.

We usually make our own from venison/pork but not this year. We decided to take a chance. The arrived still frozen in a nicely packed styrofoam cooler box with multiple gel ice packets. The seasoning was nice. We didn’t think it was salty. Compared to the borewors we make and what we get in Zimbabwe this is just a little thinner in diameter and the meat was a much finer density. There was some shrinkage. The flavor was wonderful. I would highly recommend getting some if you’re missing Africa!! Sorry I didn’t take pictures. Not a bad buy if you’re wanting some Boerwors.

Greek Easter. It was horrible. I wont recommend this to anyone.
