I bought these for my grand nephew for his birthday. He is an avid camper and enjoys the outdoors. Even though he pointed out that the small intricate tools inside the bracelet were nice, he also noted that they were more "trinkets" than tools! But he enjoyed going over all the tools inside the bracelet.

A good gift for outdoor lovers (males or females) of any age. A great inexpensive gift for any occasion.

I bought this for short hikes that I don't want to bring as much safety gear. The whistle works great and I haven't tried the flint yet. The compass does not work in the slightest. It will say I'm heading north as I'm heading any direction. I didn't expect much from such a cheap compass but it somehow failed to meet my low expectations.

I ordered this item in November 2021, it was the first Christmas present I ordered for my husband and was the last to arrive (February). Frustrating, but even worse, the LED light didn't work. The packaging has almost nothing for instructions, and we were unable to figure out how to get the LED light out to replace the batteries, so I ordered a second one. That one was delivered quickly, but the same thing...light didn't work, and that's really the feature I bought it for. I don't know if it's just because they are cheap crap from China, or if they've been sitting in a warehouse or a container ship for months and the batteries died, but I would guess they are all like this. Plus I had to jump through hoops to get a return authorization. Super unhappy.

The concept is fun but the practicality of the included “tool” and the little cap over the striker is a problem.The tool falls out and gets lost easily and the cap on the striker gets in the way constantlyThe is small but better than nothing.The compass is unreliable and poor quality
