Amazing product, it’s a must buy if you have discomfort in neck during sleep

It serves its purpose however its a bit too hard for a memory foam pillow.

It disappointed me at first, but after few days it unshrunk. Haha. My bad for not following unshrinking procedures.

It is definitely soft having good width and length, but single layered. So don’t expect to protect from even slight cold.

I've been looking for the right neck support pillow for a long time. This is good, though I use it on top of another memory foam pillow so that my shoulder height is catered to.

This is such a small pillow that you'd think that it's for the airplane. It's okay, but not worth the amount being charged. Bamboo pillow is so much better and cheaper.
