Very useful product and helps me to do my shoulder-pain exercises anytime and anywhere. Very compact and easy to store but I wish it could have been bit longer by another 30cm or so. I do not know what other 2 bars are for and there were no instruction manual or sheet on the box hence 4 stars.

This is a good workout set for the quality is good compared to the price, so you're getting the bang for your buck here. I especially use the elastic rubber tension rope for my post-physio knee exercises and the material is holding up well.
