Good TIG Gloves
I don't usually write reviews, haven't purchased many things I felt was worth my time. I try not to waste my time writing bad reviews because anybody can have a bad day and find something wrong with most anything. I TIG weld aluminum for 6-8 hours a day. During that time I also do a lot of grinding, sanding and use a fair amount of abrasives. I have used a fair amount of different brands and usually favor Goat Skin for the softness and flexibility plus they wear ok if their thick enough. In the title it says Cowhide Leather but in the description it clarifies the uppers are Cowhide and the hands are Goatskin, seller might want to move the Goatskin info to the title. I really like these gloves they are soft and flexible enough for feeding aluminum wire but are thick enough to be durable. The price is right! I generally like my gloves TIGHT FITTING which for me is a medium I think these would be more of a large. I have only used one pair so far but the threading has held up very well with my torch, where a lot of gloves I have used that can be one of the first things to go. My first purchase was for three pair after using the first pair for about three weeks I ordered four more pair. I am actually liking the slightly larger size as it makes it easier to slip gloves off and on. I haven't found anything out there that's any better for price but I hate spending more than about $12 on a pair of gloves. Works for me!

If you have small hands don't buy
I decided to give these a try. I wear a large glove and these were a little, just a little too big. But you know what I took them out to the shop and they worked great. The leather is soft and you can feel everything that you need to while Tig welding. The next time I mig I am going to try them I bet they will do great. I bought the 2 pack this time I will probably buy a bigger batch next time.

Fit my l sized hands perfectly, great for low energy TIG
The media could not be loaded. These gloves are a great deal for the price, about half the price of Tillman gloves, though they do not have the extra heat resistant skid pads on the pinky side or thumb side. They're very soft and flexible and fit my large sized hands perfectly, and the wrist area isn't way too tight like the Tillmans. They are super flexible and comfortable, though you shouldn't try to pick up hot metal with them as the heat will go through a pretty quickly. They're mostly for protecting your hands from UV and thermal radiation. They also have less stitching in the index finger making it easier to manipulate TIG rods and torches.

Fitment Is Way Off
I have been wearing welding gloves for most of my life. I use regular welding gloves to handle thorny plants and hot items around the bbq, when I am not welding. I have used gloves made of pigskin to use when TIG welding. The ones we used were very conforming the fingers for handling the filler rod and manipulating the rod when welding. These gloves are clumsy and do not fit well. My wife bought these gloves for working in our desert garden back yard and our roses. These large gloves fit wierd. I always wear the large size. These gloves fit my thumb and index fingers. The other three fingers have increasingly excessive length. The longest one is the little finger with about an inch past the end of the finger. These will be useable for moving large rocks and such, but not thick enough to handle cactus or even really hot items. I would exchange them but they will used around the yard for general gardening that doesn't require a high degree of dexterity. Needles to say they are way too big for my wife's hands. We bought these for her to use in the yard around rose bushes & Berry bushes.

Good quality
I like the heat resistant thread which I believe is kevlar and even though no size was given they fit a person with large hands okay, there is room for possibly a person with extra large hands to use these gloves

Supple but durable.
The gloves are extremely supple and comfortable, needing no breaking in. The leather seems tough and durable. The only problem I've had is the thread at the base of my support hand burns through easily. I've repaired it twice but it burned through again.. I suppose it's just a job hazard.
