I wanted something that was small enough to be inconspicuous since I'm putting this on my apartment door, yet have the sticker be visible enough for first responders to notice.I cleaned my door with a citrus degreaser before application and noticed that the adhesive is pretty standard for a sticker.The adhesive is not heavy duty or sticky at all. It was easy to pull it up when I wanted to reposition it.I'm uncertain how long the sticker will last if the door is exposed to the elements often. My door is under an awning and never gets any direct sunlight, so I'm confident the sticker will stay on for at least several months.I like that the number boxes are large, so you can quickly determine how many people and animals are within the building. My only complaint is the boxes to mark what kind of animal your pet is, is small, which makes reading the answer difficult.I do like the size, and this was the only fire alert I found on Amazon that had head counts for the entire household and not just pets.

I just wish they were sticky in the front. I live in NY and we get lots of snow and rain I didn’t want to stick it to the outside so I had to scotch tape them from the inside.

I don’t know what the measurements are listed for this thing but of course I trusted the picture and didn’t think it’d only be like 2.5 inches big. I guess it’d still get the attention of FF’s IF they are looking but I was expecting it to be about twice the size so it’d be impossible to miss. If you have shrubs you against your home or have anyone in the home who’s disabled or pets in crates then I’d recommend getting something a bit bigger.
