Q: I already have a maglock, do I have to use airphone's or will my existing maglock work with this system?

If your lock needs a Normally Closed contact, then add an RY-18L form C relay. The relay built into the master is a Normally Open contact and wont handle "Maglocks", so an external relay like the RY-18L would be needed.

This will work if as long as you just need to communicate via video and audio. This will not unlock your door.
