You have your choice of fabrics on the back (see photos). The words are hand painted with a stencil designed and cut by me. The pillow is lined with cotton fabric and stuffed with polyester fiberfill and has a hand sewn seam. The seam edges are completely finished inside to protect your pillow! As these are handmade to order, allow for slight variations. Pillow is for decorative purposes.
