It's a good machine and got us through a busy stretch when our industrial press burned out and the replacement was 14 days away from being delivered. That being said, the timer doesn't beep and the temp control needs improvement when used for long periods (constant use for 8+ hours). Neither of those is a deal breaker for me. I still have it set up and use it when there is a 1-off and don't need to heat up the big one (I call her Hildegard). Now I need to find out if they sell the plate platens alone so I can print backpacks,

I have had this product for about 9 or 10 months and have never had any issues with it. Now the lady that broke hers after 10 months of light use, ease up on the pressure to much pressure it will eventually break, I mean wouldn't you lol! But yes follow the instructions that your vinyl or sublimation or whatever says to do and lighten up on that pressure and it'll never fail you. Well until it for reals craps out anyways. But I love mine, and if you follow instructions you will to!!

The Heatpress works fantastic. The only problem was the delivery. I order this heat press because mine went out and I had some memorial ribbons to make. They said it would get here on Wednesday, but didn’t arribe until Saturday morning. Thank goodness It came early and I was able to make the ribbons on time.

I have only had this 10 months and it broke. I'm so disappointed right now. I've only used mine a handful of times in the 10 months until I signed up for this project for my church.

We barely the press, mostly once a week.First within a few months the control unit broke off the base. It was hanging on a wire which is a bit weird but still worked.Next, 11 months later - boom - the press itself snaps in half. See the picture.

So happy I found this bc heat press during Prime Day! Received a gift card for my birthday and was able to purchase this. Game changer for me and my crafting. Small enough to fit on my craft table powerful enough to be quick and easy.

Totally not what I expected. This could barely fit a large shirt to press. It's good of you're doing children clothes and the instructions were vague.

Very simple and easy to use! I absolutely LOVE this heating press. I just started my own shirt business and this was my 1st press and it get the job done!
