Back support net need to improve the quality
Back support is not that quality net and remaining is worth in this price

Assembly is a pain, as is sitting for more than a couple of hours
The manual shows a part, which doesn't come with this chair. Instructions are ambiguous (youtube video helped).Reducing height takes a lot of effort as compared to chairs in my office. Seat and armrests are just about okay, but if you have to sit for 3-4 hours at a stretch, go for something else.
