Softness
It looks sooo cool and comfortable while sleeping. Earlier I had neck problem now it's gone. It's been more than a month I am using still it's fluffy and good..go for it

Got one pillow instead of two.
Buyed product saying pack of two but got only one pillow.. No doubt quality was good but more disappointing thing was I paid for two but got only one. When I called executive from Amazon, seller isn't providing pickup need to self return by myself that suggestion found useless to me. Living in far away from market place paying so much taxi fare I ended up not returning the product. Amazon should make it clear that easy return by themselves or self return before placing the order. Disappointed😞
