Amazing book.
Buy the physical copy of this book and keep it in the kitchen.Amazing recipes and you don't need to follow verbatim but each recipe gives you an idea on how to make each dish. Opening pages tell you about the science behind calories, macros, etc. (you can find all this info online). But its the recipes which are programmed for fighters on where the magic is. The internet can become overwhelming when looking for recipes but sticking with the nutrition schedule Chris provides, you can keep in great shape and its all located in 1 book.

easy to follow tasty recipes
This quickly became the favorite cookbook that I own. The recipes are straight forward and easy to make. Great book for a single person or couple looking to make healthy meals. The book also includes meal plans which are an added bonus that I really liked. Nothing fancy, which is why I like it. Wish I had this book when I was in college.

Incredible insight into how to manage food
This book is truly amazing for anyone looking to understand a little more about the science of nutrition and how to use it to your advantage. There are some incredible recipes and meal plans in here and it's really changed the way I view food.I cannot recommend this book strongly enough. If you're looking to bulk up, lose weight, get stronger, or just maintain, there really is something for everyone.

Rund um zurfrieden
Guter Inhalt mit neuen Rezepten, welche bis jetzt alle lecker waren. Es sind eher Amerikanische Messeinheiten aber teilweise sind sie auch in Gramm angegeben.Auch die Einleitung ist gut geschrieben und ermutigt.
