This faucet is beautiful…looks much more expensive than it is…Got it to replace another company’s faucet that was crap! Unfortunately one of the two faucets paint chipped but as soon as I contacted the company they immediately sent a replacement! They were very quick and responsive! Thank you Hideno…you have a customer for life!

Could tell it is higher quality than the one I was replacing. Easy to install.

I’ve had no issues so far and the brushed gold matched perfectly with the other fixtures in my remodeled bathroom.Update:One of the faucets is leaking around the base of the faucet. Have to figure out how to get in contact with company to replace it.

Easy install and looks absolutely gorgeous! Will report back later if it stains, I have 3 kids and only after 2 weeks I’m seeing some water staining on it. Most of it does buff out with a cloth, but a little worried over time it won’t.

Very happy with the look of this product. It’s exactly what I wanted. Was impressed with packaging and would definitely recommend.

The faucet was not bad but the color was definitely a darker gold than I expected for a brushed gold color. It did not match our other gold accents but it seemed like a quality faucet.

I bought this and was quite skeptical due to the price but we installed it without any issues and it's been working fine for the last 3 weeks. Absolute steal at this price and it looks great.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a gorgeous bathroom faucet. Its black matte finish and sleek design will put the sexy back in your bathroom and give it some new life. It not only looks premium, but it is.You can instantly tell from its brass construction and the heft of each part that this is a quality and luxe product. While it is seemingly on the expensive side for a lesser-known brand, when you weigh the style and quality, it proves itself to be an amazing value considering the big, popular brands are charging almost twice as much for very similar faucets. I only wish that they offered a a stainless option rather than less common finishes of black or gold. Mind you, I loved the matte black finish so much, I went that way with all of the bathroom fixtures.Installation is a breeze. There are less than a dozen steps and you don’t need any practical plumbing experience to install this faucet, though you will need a good pipe wrench if you don’t already have one in your toolbox. A 14” to 18” straight pipe wrench is a handy tool to have in your home, though you might want to look for an offset pipe wrench if you are dealing with tighter spots and difficult-to-reach angles. A flashlight comes in handy for this install, too!The directions are easy enough to understand and cover all the steps – they even remind you to shut off the water first. Basic, but helpful. What’s more, the parts are clearly labeled to help you along and ensure you are installing the hot/cold faucet handles on the appropriate side.While the product description notes that you will need a faucet that has a three-hole eight-inch widespread configuration, which was very clearly stated, there are no indications that one might also want to check the diameter of the holes in your sink to ensure the 1.18” diameter brass pipes will slide into them cleanly and neatly. It might just be that we have a mutant sink, but our faucet holes were just a fraction of an inch too small (see video). I had assumed the holes in our sink would be standard (which is around 1 3/8”), but as we were replacing an existing faucet that had been mounted there for several years, there was no way of knowing this was what we would find before we took everything apart and wound up sorely disappointed.So, if you have a chance to double check this important detail out before an attempted installation.As we were moving, we used this set in our new bathroom where the fixtures fit perfectly.

9 months and started leaking quite badly from their proprietary hose that connects the hot and cold to the tap. Not worth the money. $180 down the drain...literally.

Comes with everything you need, including spare set screws for the faucet head and handles if needed later, and teflon tape- durable finish on the fixture itself, the matte black looks and feels nice, and wipes clean easily- fittings on the hot/cold supply hoses are the standard 3/8" compression fittings that will fit the vast majority of existing plumbing in North America. This SHOULD always be the case, but I've gotten two faucets now that were weird sized, so it's nice when they're the standard size they should be- clear and easily followed instructionsCons:- I find I'm just not a fan of the type of nuts many of these manufacturers are using to attach these fixtures to your vanity, i.e. rubber washer, metal washer, and metal U-shaped nut with two phillips screws for adjustment. In my opinion, the flanged plastic nuts some faucets come with are better.One thing to note: When installing a new faucet, if the old one has been installed for many years, you will make your life a lot easier in many cases by spending $10 on a basin wrench. Having one makes getting old crusty fasteners under a sink undone a TON easier. You're working in such a confined space, with little room to move, that an adjustable wrench that pivots and is easily used with one hand makes this job considerably simpler.
